Alex S. Johnson received his Master's degree in English Literature with a Rhetoric and Composition emphasis from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2005, and has taught English composition at a number of different campuses in the Southern California area. He is also the author of numerous works of fiction and poetry, including Bad Sunset, The Death Jazz and Wicked Candy. As an editor he has worked with authors on a variety of books, such as business manuals, novels, anthologies, short story collections and a New York Times bestselling memoir, Seeing Lessons by Tom Sullivan. During his tenure with J. Ellington Ashton Press, Johnson edited several anthologies, including Axes of Evil 2, Chunks (with John Ledger) and Floppy Shoes Apocalypse (with John Ledger). He is an editor and author with Forsaken/Booktrope and Riot Forge Studios.
